Last week was wild. My close friend and filmmaker Luke , Rodney (Luke's Pink Toed Tarantula), and I collected artifacts from Goodwill/Halloween stores and filmed in my dank basement. Above is a sneak peak. I cannot wait to show you the rest of the footage!
2. My close friend Brandon invented TUSHÉ! Brandon and I sold software a few years back and had the best time. It was similar to the show The Office. TUSHÉ increases personal cleanliness and reduce the environmental burden of outdated wet wipes. I cannot wait for mine. Please check him out! :)

Hello my erudite backers,
Quick shipping update!
Bookwallets and all other add-on's will start shipping the last week of November. We expect to finish shipping them by the first week of December! We received more backers than we originally dreamed, so production for thousands of more wallets has set our fulfillment date back.
Currently, I'm having a blast designing the unique packaging. The unboxing of your Novel goods will be an experience!

Last call for order updates! / Add-on shipping correction

Hello dear people!
1. The last day to make final updates to your order is tomorrow, Tuesday the 14th 12:00 Midnight PST. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping (Date TBD).
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, or fail to fill it out before the deadline tomorrow, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://novel-bookwallets.backerkit.com/
2. As some backers kindly mentioned, the add-on shipping in the survey was incorrectly priced. I mistakenly charged full price for shipping, instead of the add-on price for shipping. That has been remedied. So you will be charged the correct amount for add-on shipping AND if you decide to add more bookwallets, it will be significantly cheaper for shipping. Let me know if that is unclear, thank you and my apologies.
Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful this has been for me when trying to keep track of all 5,000-ish of you :)
5. The raw materials have all been purchased for the bookwallets! I will get you an estimated shipping date in the next update after compiling the survey data. You can expect another update within a week with more details.

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards and begin production.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit accountto fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. If you don’t have access to this survey link yet, it will be available soon via email (please note it may take up to 48hrs to receive the survey)!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys, get our final counts, and process cards on Tuesday September the 15th.After 9/15, your survey will be locked and no changes can be made.

2. Basically we are waiting on an ACH payment to be completed so that I can send out the survey. It is ready to go & I am very excited. Thank you for your patience, do not be forlorn, I have not forgotten you :)
