Hey novelists,
1. See this Video Review. We had some questions about the functionality of the spine/interior. We are making a modification to the bookwallet you see in the video: We are increasing the "overhang", which is how much the cloth hardcover extends beyond the wallet interior. Our goal is to disguise the interior of the wallet to extenuate its antique book aesthetictrickery.
2. Vote for the 200K stretch goal by commenting on this post! RULES: Must be in the public domain and you get one vote :) I will announce the most voted on the last day!
3. Within the weeks following the conclusion of the campaign, we will send you a survey where you can select the bookwallets you desire AND change your pledge to more bookwallets if you desire. If you have a custom amount, we can make it happen! We will also confirm you address. Please message us if you have any questions about the process, I know many of us are new to Kickstarter!

Hello bibliophiles !
Welcome everyone who is new to the project! It is wonderful to have you! 5 days to go! As write this I write to 2,239 backers. :O Visit our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page for all your questions.
1. Jane Eyre has been unlocked! I will put the cover in the next update! Also "Novel Merch" which includes the bookmarks you see in the campaign and 2 different stickers, one featuring our beloved beet, and the other with our logo!
2. Yes, of course you get to choose the cover you want! After the campaign I will send a survey where you will make your selection :) DM me for custom amounts, or amounts greater than twelve! (If you order 5, you can choose 3 Pride & Prejudice, and 2 Frankenstein's.There is no restriction by type or quantity)
3. Understandably we are inundated with request for books that are currently under copyright. At this juncture we are not reproducing works that are under copyright protection. BUT we hope to in the future. Because there are some goodies! Hello (Toni Morrison & Tolkien) Do a quick google search for "Is the Great Gatsby under copyright" or "in the public domain"? And that will tell you :)
4. RFID? For my current stance on RFID protection see below!
We would rather not pass on additional costs to you, and I cannot modify the price in this 1st Kickstarter addition. BUT if an overwhelming majority of you still desire it, I can include it in my next edition of Novel bookwallets & future Novel goods!

Happiest Tuesday book friends,
70K Stretch Goal
1. The votes were cast.. and the antique cover you all know... The Little Prince was the most demanded! (Coming in at a close 2nd was Jane Eyre 😏) Thank you for every comment. I have personally written all those books down, and I hope we can expand to include them. When we hit 70K for this campaign, The Little Prince will be unlocked!
2. The Little Women book cover will now be available for selection.
3. In keeping with my word (in regards to update #6), we will not do book triage. Every book cover that has been released will be available for selection. Even if 1 person selects Squirrel Nutkin, (entirely hypothetical of course) THEY ARE GETTING IT!

Congrats to us all, Grimm's Fairy Tales, Poems of Cabin & Field and Sherlock Holmes have arrived and will be available for selection. Honestly the growth of this campaign is exceeding my expectations. I should have spaced out the stretch goals more 😂 I made a few minor adjustments to the stretch goals... ALSO Little Women willbe unlocked when we hit 50K! Whoo!

Happiest Tuesday bookworms,
First off, hip hip hooray! Frankenstein and W.O.W are available for selection! The next two covers are also nigh!
Secondly, depending on how much we can scale this project, we may not be able to offer the least popular cover styles. The reason for this is the supplier has an MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 200 bookwallets for each cover style (We are looking to end between 24 and 30 different styles). If this project scales bigger, (according to our calculation 50K) it is possible we can accommodate the lesser desired covers. If not, we would eliminate the bottom 3-5 cover styles by your votes. We would determine this by sending out a survey during the last week of the Kickstarter. We are also treating this Kickstarter as a forecast, to determine which cover styles are the most popular for future distribution!
